Action:

1) Open the document in NotePad:

a) Click 'Start' button to display the Windows 'Start' menu.

b) Select the 'Programs' menu and select 'Accessories'.
c) Select 'NotePad'.
d) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Open...'.
e) Select 'All Files (*.*)' from the 'Files of type' drop-down list box.

f) Open the document.
NOTE: The document will contain garbled characters at the top.

2) Scroll down the document window past the garbled characters.
